Have you always wanted to be captain of your own yacht, but do you find it a pity that the motor yacht then lies in the harbor for a large part of the year? You may be familiar with the Yacht Rental concept, which allows you to easily recoup (part of) the purchase costs by renting out your own motor yacht.

Also known as the Buy and Charter or Buy and Rent concept.

With this concept, you purchase your own motor yacht, to then rent it out at times when you do not wish to use it yourself. You indicate in advance which dates you wish to use your yacht; we then record these dates as booked in the system. Additionally, you can, of course, always use the yacht on dates when it is not rented out.

We can take care of contact with the renters, the reception at the shipyard, and the explanation of the yacht, ensuring that the renters are well prepared to enjoy their holiday on the water. Upon return, we inspect the yacht for any potential defects and notify you. We also ensure that the motor yacht is clean and refueled, ready for the new renters. (and for you)

If we take the motor yacht into rental for you from our shipyard in Katwijk/Cuijk, we charge 30% excluding VAT on the rental income. You do not have to do anything regarding the rental; you are only responsible for the maintenance of the motor yacht, both mechanically and in the event of damage.

After purchasing one of our yachts, you only pay the annual service costs. Service costs consist of costs for the use of the berth, shore power, and drinking water. Parking space for two passenger cars (possibly for the renters or yourself). Continuous supervision via our office and CCTV with storage.

For this year 2026. € 2,000 excl. VAT.

What do you get for the 30% we receive via the Yacht Rental concept?

Rental of the yachts via our existing website.
Taking the burden off you regarding contact and email correspondence with potential renters. Handling rental agreements
Arranging payments
Welcoming renters and explaining the motor yacht
Inspecting the yacht upon return for any defects and damage
Cleaning and refueling the motor yacht (excl. diesel)
Diesel consumption is charged to the user (you or the renter)
Berth at our jetty for the duration of the rental
Before departure, we check the yacht on ±60 points using our checklist
And top up engine, steering, and gearbox oil to the pre-departure level.

Insurance

The yacht belongs to you, so it is insured through you; in the event of any damage, we can handle the paperwork and contact with the renter for you.

What do we expect from you?

Maintenance and painting in case of damage? You can, of course, delegate this; we can put you in contact with a repairer or arrange this for you. Naturally, everything will be clearly agreed upon in a contract.

Clear communication when you wish to use the yacht yourself. We notice that the demand for renting out motor yachts is increasing. People enjoy spending their holidays on the water. However, they consider buying a motor yacht to be too big or too expensive a step. So, this is an excellent opportunity for you to own your own motor yacht and still earn money back when you are not using it.

Our beloved Bayliner Capri 1701 Ls is for sale! This is a special edition with a cozy interior. There is underwater lighting at the rear and docking lights at the front. You will not easily find such a small boat with sleeping accommodation online. At the front, there is sleeping accommodation for two people (though not spacious). As you can see in the photo, there is plenty of seating on the outer deck, and the seats can be folded out to form a bench or provide two additional sleeping berths. It features a 140 HP outboard motor. A steel ladder is attached, along with a steel bracket, allowing you to easily enter the water.

Music speakers are located in the outdoor area on the deck as well as near the stairs, so you can enjoy the music from the water as well.
